The mysterious town of Ravenswood just got two new residents. Following the announcement that Tyler Blackburn would be departing Pretty Little Liars for Ravenswood, two new additions to the cast have been revealed. Brett Dier and Elizabeth Whitson will be joining the cast as siblings. Elizabeth's character is described as an ex-queen bee while Brett's is a brooding loner. Every show needs one.
The Pretty Little Liars spin-off is set to debut in the Fall following the Halloween special on ABC Family.

Merritt Patterson has been added as a series regular. She'll be playing Tess, the former best friend of Elizabeth Whitson's character Olivia.
