Jay-Z Cancels Free New York City Concert

What a bummer! Jay-Z had us all hyped up and ready to camp out at Times Square in efforts to catch what was supposed to be a free rooftop show on Monday. Rumor has it that the much talked about, upcoming performance will not be happening now. The New York Post leaked the information and then reported it as canceled just a few days before the event with no word on a future date at all.

This really sucks!

Jay-Z to Play a Free Show in Times Square

Check, check it! Jay-Z will be performing on July 8th at the Ed Sullivan Theatre; or really, on top of the marquee, from 7pm-10pm for FREE. Yes, you read this right. We're sure you'll want to get there extra early because Times Square will most likely be packed tightly by the time the show begins. Let's hope there are no delays because I am pretty excited to go and get some footage for you! Keep your fingers crossed!

Legends of the Summer Tour Dates

Is this real life?! Not only are fans of Justin Timberlake finally getting a new album from the pop superstar next month, but he's hitting the road this summer with Jay-Z for a nationwide tour. The 12-city Legends of the Summer tour will make stops in all the major areas like Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Miami. We're sure we speak for a lot of twenty-somethings when we say that JT was our childhood. We cannot wait to see him back out on that stage. This tour will be well worth the wait.
