One Direction Performs on The X Factor

One Direction is a prime example that The X Factor can turn ordinary people into superstars overnight. On last night's results show, the guys returned to their old stomping grounds to perform two songs off their upcoming album Take Me Home. First up was their current single "Live While We're Young". They brought such an amazing energy to the stage. Naturally, we loved this number. Next up, the guys showed a softer side by singing "Little Things". This performance was stripped down, truly showcasing the talent these guys have. If you missed any of One Direction's performances last night, watch them below:

Who doesn't love a sing-along? The X Factor's top 12 took a break from the competition to lip sync along to One Direction's current single "Live While We're Young". Yesterday, One Direction fans were in for a treat when their single "Live While We're Young" was released earlier than expected. That wasn't all though. We even got the music video for the extremely catchy number. At this point, anything they touch will turn to gold. It will be another huge radio hit for the guys. This song has some interesting lyrics but we're sure their young fans won't even pick up on it. At least hopefully for the parents' sake they won't. On October 1, One Direction's single "Live While You're Young" will hit radio stations across the country. Their sophomore album which features the single is set to be released this November. One Direction Album News

Doesn't it seem like One Direction just released their debut album Up All Night? Well, maybe that's because they did. It's only been eight months since Up All Night came out in the US, which immediately  topped all the charts. Fans of the boys, get ready! They've announced that their sophomore album will be released this November. I'm sure I speak on behalf of all their fans when I say I  couldn't be any happier about this news.

Thanks to band member Louis Tomlinson, we even have a title for this upcoming album. Yesterday he tweeted, “So pleased to tell you that our new album is called “Take Me Home” can’t wait for you to hear it! More news soooon! #takemehome.” Last week, the guys announced their first single off Take Me Home is "Live While We're Young". Are you excited for new One Direction music? Will you buy Take Me Home?
