Rebel Wilson Snubbed at Anna Kendrick's Birthday Party?

WHAT?! Apparently being one of the most popular actresses in the entertainment business doesn't mean anything. Rebel Wilson told Cosmopolitan that she was recently denied by a doorman at her Pitch Perfect co-star Anna Kendrick's birthday party. The Australian actress explained to the magazine exactly how the incident went down, "So I get there with Hana Mae Lee from Pitch Perfect, and I've got a birthday gift so I'm clearly going to the party, and this big huge bouncer wouldn't even look us in the face." Don't worry though, Wilson did eventually get into the bash. "He had a list, and I said, 'Excuse me, we're on the list. We're here for Anna Kendrick's birthday party' And then, eventually, he's like 'Okay, what's your name?'" Uhh...someone should check this bouncer's credentials and eyes. Well we guess all's well that ends well.

2013 MTV Movie Awards Nominees

Normally, I wouldn't be that excited for the MTV Movie Awards. This year however, I'm looking forward to it. This will be the first year in a long, long time that the show won't be the Twilight awards. This marks the first time in a long, long time that the movies nominated are actually movies that could give us a good night of television. Movies from Silver Linings Playbook, Django Unchained, and Perks of Being a Wallflower and Ted all have the most nominations. I'm so happy to see Perks getting the recognition it deserves, even if it's just MTV.

The awards air April 14th on MTV with Rebel Wilson as the host.

Rebel Wilson To Host 2013 MTV Movie Awards

Last night during the Jersey Shore reunion, a new commercial revealed that comedy actress Rebel Wilson will be hosting the 2013 MTV Movie Awards! Rebel, known recently for her breakout roles in Bridesmaids and Pitch Perfect, will host the award show when it airs live from California on April 14th.
