Taylor and Elisabeth are exposed to a virus that slowly causes amnesia. Those exposed only remember their lives to a certain point. The two of them are placed under quarantine while Elisabeth tries to come up with a solution. When no one hears from them, it's clear the virus has progressed. Jim asks Malcolm for help checking on his wife because he's the one with a car. Taylor has disappeared and Elisabeth is wandering around confused with a gun. When the two men come inside, she shoots Jim and hugs Malcolm because he is all she remembers.
