Glee - Mash-off - Season 3 Episode 6 - Recap

First things first. Puck is in love with Shelby. I am surprisingly not as creeped out by this as I probably should be. Maybe it's because I know Mark isn't 18 in real life. Maybe it's because Puck is hilarious and adorable when he's in love with someone and not doing it for money by the pool.

Glee - New York - Season Finale Recap

It's the moment we've all been waiting for. New Directions has landed..In New York! It's taken them two years but they've finally made it to Nationals in New York City. While Schue is off being a crappy teacher and chaperon fulfilling his Broadway dreams or whatver, he locks the kids in their hotel rooms to work on their songs for the competition. While their being cooped us brings us the gem My Cup in which Brittany sings about..a cup (or is she ;) I can't help but notice the lyrics that were edited out.) Yeah right Schue. They're in New York City for the first time. Cue the sightseeing singalongs! The kids take on the city singing to an odd mashup of New York, New York, I Love New York. I almost didn't recognize the song at first. The biggest stand out for me was the cast prancing around a fountain. I kept worrying Artie would roll right into the water.

Glee - Funeral - Gleecap Recap

Schue announces to the club this week (and to my delight) that he's hired Jesse to be his assistant. He's hoping Jesse's inside knowledge of Vocal Adrenaline will help them win at Nationals. Jesse has my vote. Whatever keeps him and his witty one liners on the show. Humor like that is originally why I feel in love with Glee. Ryan Murphy, please take a note. They decide to hold auditions to determine the best performer to center a performance around. That is how Vocal Adrenaline won all their trophies. Mercedes, Kurt, Santana and Rachel sign up but Finn refuses. He's being a weiner and Jesse makes him angry. While I'm at it, where the heck is Artie during all of this? He has the best male voice from New Directions. Rage.

Glee - Rumours - Gleecap

Sue continues her reign of terror this week with a new objective. Kill the Glee club from within. What's the best way to turn everyone against each other? Rumors. Blind items to be exact. Sue is hanging out with Terri dressed as Bowie and Ann Coulter. Sue then gets the idea to reinstate the school newspaper and dedicate it to writing gossip and not so blind items about the Glee club. Her mission gets a head start when Brittany accidentally outs Santana on her internet show.

Glee - Born This Way - Gleecap

The episode kicks off with Finn breaking Rachel's nose with his bad dancing. Damn Finn. Now you know it's time to take a lesson when you start breaking other people's bones. Finn accompanies Rachel to the doctor who tells her she should be grateful for the accident because now she has the glorious opportunity of fixing her jewish shnoz. Um. Worst doctor ever award right over here? What doctor encourages their teenage patients to get a nose job? When Rachel comes to class announcing plans of a nose job to improve her voice, Schue uses this as an excuse to teach a lesson on acceptance. I don't know Will. Letting Santana rant on and on about Rachel's shnoz and Finn's puffy nipples kind of solidified you were a crappy teacher. And kind of a crappy friend. I hated the way they were dealing with Emma's OCD storyline. Having Will make her feel bad is not the way to force her to get help. Seriously. Someone page Marc Summers.

Glee - A Night of Neglect - Gleecap

I consider this episode to be an answer to us fans who have been complaining about the lack of screen time given to Glee's under appreciated cast members. The title says it all. A Night of Neglect. The kids need to raise money for their trip to Nationals in New York and Will would like them to sell taffy to do it. This isn't Atlantic City Will. That's not going to work. Artie, Brittany, Mike and Tina are all in a trivia club and have won the chance to compete in Detroit. They will also need money. Holly suggests putting together a benefit concert instead, giving the neglected kids of New Directions a chance to shine.
