On Thursday night’s episode of Glee, the cast bid farewell to one of the show’s most beloved characters, Finn Hudson (Cory Monteith).  Even though this is a TV show, we all know that the tears shed were real.  The love for Finn extended way beyond that of just some fictional character.  This by far was one of the best episodes in Glee history because tackling the heartbreak and devastation of losing someone you love and care about is universal and this episode dealt with it beautifully.

Glee: Billy Joel Tribute Episode Spoilers

YES! looks like Glee is taking on Billy Joel in episode 5x06. Joel is a legend and we know that the cast will do him justice. We can't help but be bummed though that we won't get to hear Cory Monteith's beautiful voice on this music. There's no word yet on what the episode will be titled, however the rumored songs that will be featured have hit the web. Check them out below:

Glee: "The End of Twerk" Spoilers

For obvious reasons, everyone can't stop buzzing about this week's episode of Glee. However, possible spoilers for episode 5x05 hit the web yesterday, leaving Gleeks excited for the show's future. The episode, titled "The End of Twerk", will in fact feature a song from the twerk queen herself, Miley Cyrus. And of course, what's twerking without "Blurred Lines"? Ryan Murphy Comments on The Quarterback

Any and every Glee fan knows that this Thursday's episode is going to be tough to watch. Episode 5x03, titled "The Quarterback", will focus on the life and death of Finn Hudson. This of course is a product of actor Cory Monteith's death back in July. One of the moments from "The Quarterback" that audiences are already buzzing about is Lea Michele's cover of "To Make You Feel My Love". Glee creator Ryan Murphy spoke out about this song choice, commenting, "She’s ultimately the person who approved and chose that song. She wanted to do something personal. I don’t think she’ll ever share why she chose that song. It was very sad; everybody was wrecked. It was really hard.” Honestly, we don't think there's enough tissues in the world to get through "The Quarterback". Check out what else Murphy had to say about Michele and the episode below:

When Cory Monteith passed away back in July, we all knew Glee was never going to be the same. While there were rumors swirling the Internet on how the series would handle the death, Fox ultimately announced Finn Hudson would be killed off. How though? Stevie Nicks Reaches Out to Glee Cast Following Cory Monteith's Death

If you're a fan of Glee, you may recall Stevie Nicks visiting the set back in 2011. She spoke candidly with the cast about what a huge fan she is of the show and how inspiring the series is for today's youth. That's why it's not surprising to hear that Nicks reached out to the cast once again after Cory Monteith's death back in July. The Fleetwood Mac singer spoke to Sunday Telegraph's newspaper about the tragedy, saying "When what happened to Cory happened, I just was sick for days. Honestly, just sick. It's just so prevalent. It's everywhere. It's worse than when we were young.'' She later went on to the news outlet that she wrote a heartfelt letter to the cast expressing her deep sympathy. Nicks is no stranger to drug addictions. She previously had a 10-year cocaine habit, as well as a sedative clonazepam addiction. Glee Sings The Beatles: Track Listing and Album Cover

It's September. That means we're less than a month away from the Glee season five premiere. As many of you already know, the first two episodes will feature a tribute to the music from The Beatles, ala their Britney Spears, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston episodes. Glee: Season Five Trailer

We're getting closer and closer to Glee's season five premiere. To get fans pumped for the new season, the Fox series has released a trailer for what's to come. While the show is obviously going to be lacking someone near and dear to all our hearts, it should be interesting to see what direction the show takes in lieu of Cory Monteith's death. Can we please just have tons and tons of Rachel Berry scenes? Season five premieres September 26th at 9 pm. Check out the trailer below:

Episode three of season five will be one of the toughest, most emotional episodes of Glee to ever exist. It's the episode where the cast and crew will pay tribute to the late Cory Monteith. Our hearts are breaking just thinking of it. And we all thought the season three finale where the originals graduated high school was too painful to watch. While there's not too much word yet on how the episode will go down, we know that it will be beautiful and touch upon what a great guy Monteith (and Finn Hudson) was. Demi Lovato is Joining Glee

All Glee fans might want to sit down because this news might give you a “Heart Attack”.  There are reports swirling around the web that singer/actress, Demi Lovato, may be joining the show for its fifth season.

The “Give Your Heart A Break” singer who’s currently a judge on The X Factor has apparently been in talks with Fox to appear on the musical comedy in what looks like a recurring role.

Is Glee Becoming a Live Musical?

FINALLY some positive Glee news. The hit Fox series will be turned into a live stage musical. There's no word yet if the show will hit Broadway or travel the country, but either way it should be exciting. Remember when the cast used to do a nationwide tour every summer? Those were the days. It would be cool if any of the original cast starred in the stage production, although we don't predict that happening. Are you excited about this piece of news?

Glee: 5 x 01 Song Spoiler

Now that Glee began filming season five, we're bound to receive loads of song spoilers. This time around we have a spoiler for episode one of the Fox series. As many Gleeks already know, the first episode will be a Beatles tribute. Now there's word that Rachel Berry and Santana Lopez will take on the Beatles' "Hard Day's Night". We love that these two are singing together on a number. We don't know about you guys, but we're always going to be partial to the original cast.

Lea Michele Delivers a Touching Acceptance Speech at the Teen Choice Awards

Were we the only ones who were a complete mess last night while watching the Teen Choice Awards? Lea Michele delivered one of the most beautiful, touching and classy acceptance speeches we've ever seen. Michele dedicated her Choice TV Actress win to her boyfriend and Glee co-star Cory Monteith, who passed away last month. Besides a few paparazzi pictures, this is the first time the public's seen her since the tragedy happened. She looked so beautiful in her pink dress as she took the stage and spoke so candid about what an amazing guy Monteith was. What moved us the most was how she didn't take her few minutes on television to talk about herself or her personal relationship with Monteith. Instead, she spent her time speaking about what kind of person Monteith was and how awesome the fans are. This is exactly why Michele is a role model to so many people around the world. Glee: Adam Lambert Will Play Kurt's Nemesis

There's been so much talk about this season of Glee. Besides the obvious reason, there's also been lots of buzz about Adam Lambert joining the Fox series. Even though we knew Lambert was officially a part of the cast, there was no word on what kind of character he would be playing...until now. When Chris Colfer stopped by Live with Kelly and Michael this morning, he dished on what we can expect from Lambert. "Apparently Adam Lambert is joining the show, and he’s going to play my nemesis," Colfer said. "I always wanted to see Kurt be mean. It'll be fun for me." Check out Colfer's interview below:

Glee: Details on Cory Monteith's Tribute Episode

With Cory Monteith's sudden death last month, many fans of Glee are wondering how the show will continue on. How will they address the actor's passing and what will happen to Finn Hudson? At today's TCA presentations, Fox entertainment president Kevin Reilly finally revealed what's next for the Fox series. He said Glee will "deal directly with the incidents involved in Cory's passing." When asked if Finn will die from drug abuse, Reilly said, "No. I can't confirm that at all." Reilly also spoke about how strong Lea Michele has been through this whole tragedy. He noted she "was the first one to say I want to get back to work." The special Monteith tribute episode will air after two Beatles-focused episodes. It will also feature Monteith's co-stars recording public service announcements about drug abuse. All music sales from the episode will be donated to "start a fund for Cory."

Jayma Mays to Leave Glee

Earlier this month, it was confirmed that many of Glee's original cast members were bumped to guest spot status. Now it looks like we're going to have to say goodbye to Emma Pillsbury as well. Jayma Mays, who plays the school counselor, revealed to Access Hollywood that she won't be returning after this upcoming season. Mays also said that after her departure, she'd love to return to the show as a special guest. What's going to happen to her relationship with Will Schuester, played by Matt Morrison? They just got married in the season four finale. It should be interesting to see how they write out her character. Emma was never one of our favorites on the show, but she's been there since the beginning. It feels like everything we once knew and loved about the Fox series is gone. With so many casting changes, will the show ever have the same feel again? Fans of Mays can catch her on CBS' upcoming sitcom The Millers, where she'll play Will Arnett's sister.

Glee: Season 4 DVD Release Date

After the week we've all had, we finally have some good Glee news to report. If you loved season four of the hit Fox series, you can now own it on DVD. Glee - The Complete 4th Season is scheduled to hit stores on September 17th. This is just about a week before season five is set to premiere. Talk about good timing. The DVD will feature a ton of bonus features, including deleted scenes and featurettes. Are you excited to own this?

Glee: What Will Happen to Finn Hudson?

This breaks our hearts. After hearing about Cory Monteith's sudden death, a lot of us wondered how this would effect Glee. Would they just recast the role of Finn Hudson? Would they have him disappear into the sunset that is college and never be heard from again? Or would they kill the character off? Well it looks like Ryan Murphy is choosing to have Hudson meet an untimely demise. While we guess this was the obvious choice, it still doesn't make it hurt any less. It's like we'll have to relive the news of Monteith's death over again in a few months. Plus, didn't we all want Hudson to have his happy ending after the constant setbacks? Murphy also dished to TV Line that after the third episode (the one featuring the Hudson tribute), the show will go on an indefinite hiatus. Season 5 will return to Fox on September 26th, one week later than expected.
