Selena Gomez Teaches Ethan Hawke How to Twerk

Selena Gomez has been taking some interesting roles since leaving Wizards of Waverly Place. Can you say Spring Breakers? Well now she's starring in the action thriller Getaway with Ethan Hawke. The movie focuses on a man named Brent Magna, played by Hawke, who is a former race-car driver that's forced to drive a car to save his kidnapped wife. So where does Gomez fit in? She plays The Kid, a carjacker who tries to steal the car, but is ultimately forced to team up with Magna to take down the abductor. As serious as this film sounds, the two costars were still able to joke around on set. Gomez told E! News at the Getaway junket that she taught Hawke how to twerk on set. Naturally Hawke responded, "The only thing that's new about that is the word!" He explained, "People have been shaking their ass [forever]." You've got a good point Ethan. Make sure to check out Getaway when it hits theaters on August 30th.

There's just some things you should never do. Date your best friend's ex is one of them. Apparently Justin Bieber's good friend Romeo Miller has been eyeing Selena Gomez. When TMZ caught up with Romeo, they asked what he wanted for his birthday. He responded, "How about a hot date with Selena Gomez? Selena, she's like the girl version of me, man. She's amazing." Hmm. We really hope he was joking especially since no one knows for sure if it's officially over between Jelena. Well either way, this is awkward.

Now rumors are swirling that the actress turned singer is dating George Shelley from Union J. Things started when the U.K. boy band member revealed in an interview that he was crushing on Gomez. Soon that led to the "Come & Get It" singer posting a video telling Shelley to call her. Well it looks like he took her up on that offer because Shelley just told Yahoo! that not only does he still talks to Gomez, but they message one another. Do you think they would make a cute couple?

Are Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift Fighting Over Justin Bieber?

Say it ain't so. US Weekly is reporting that Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez are fighting...over Justin Bieber. Yeah, we thought the same thing. According to one of the magazine's sources, "Taylor hates him. She thinks Selena makes a mistake every time she reconciles with him." The source later went on to say, "Bieber has really come between the girls." It's always sad whenever a boy comes in between BFFs. This isn't too surprising though. Do you remember that video of Swifty sticking her tongue out at Bieber and Gomez embracing at the Billboard Awards? Don't feel too bad for the Biebs, he isn't feeling Swift either. Selena Gomez Earns First No.1 on Billboard 200 Chart

Congrats, Selena Gomez! The 21-year-old actress/singer earned her fist No.1 title on the Billboard 200 chart with her Stars Dance album. The record, which came out on July 23rd, sold 97,000 copies in its first week. That's pretty impressive. Stars Dance features numbers like her megahit "Come & Get It" and "Slow Down". Are we the only ones over Jelena? It seems like every day there's stories that these two are back on or that they've moved on to new lovers. In the latest installment of are they or aren't they, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were seen spending the Fourth of July together. According to Instagram photos, videos, and tweets, the two pop stars were hanging out last night.

Is Selena Gomez Dating Austin Mahone?

It seems all anyone wants to talk about nowadays is Selena Gomez's love life. Ever since breaking up with Justin Bieber last year, who she is and isn't hooking up with has become a hot topic. It was only a week ago that Gomez was linked to British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. Well it looks like she's moved onto Austin Mahone. The two were spotted together at Disneyland on Wednesday. According to GSI, Gomez was hanging out with girlfriends at the park when Mahone decided to tag along. Then, they all met up with former X-Factor contestants Emblem3 for fireworks, rides and ice cream until late in the night. We're not sure what the deal is with these two. Mahone does give us serious Bieber vibes, so it wouldn't be too surprising. On the other hand, she just got out of a serious relationship so it was probably more of a group outing as friends. Selena Gomez and Ed Sheeran Hooking Up?

Ed Sheeran certainly has been in the press a lot lately. A few months ago, there were rumors of him shacking up with Taylor Swift and now it looks like he's moved onto her BFF Selena Gomez.  According to a source at Us Weekly, the pop stars are in fact hooking up after Swift introduced the two over Memorial Day Weekend. I wonder how Justin Bieber feels about this. Remember when he said he was a big fan of Sheeran? To me, this screams publicity stunt but I guess we'll see how things play out further down the road.

David Henrie and Selena Gomez Reunite

This bit of news makes us so happy. Today in LA, David Henrie and Selena Gomez were spotted getting together for lunch. The Wizards of Waverly Place costars ate at hotspot Kabuki with a bunch of friends. Both former Disney stars have been keeping busy since their popular kids show ended last year. Henrie's upcoming film Grown Ups 2 is hitting theaters on July 12th, while Gomez has been basically everywhere thanks to her budding music career. She's also starring in the film The Getaway with Ethan Hawke, which is set to come out on August 30th. Are you excited to see these two hanging out?

Emblem3 To Present At Teen Choice Awards

Doesn't it feel like Emblem3 are everywhere nowadays? Not that that's a bad thing. These former The X- Factor contestants will be presenting an award at this year's Teen Choice Awards. Emblem 3 Joins Selena Gomez's Summer Tour

Fans of Emblem 3, we've got good news. This summer, the boy band will be hitting the road with Selena Gomez on her Stars Dance tour. Many know Emblem 3 from when they came in fourth place on The X Factor. It's great seeing them get so much well deserved recognition now that the reality competition is over. The tour will kick off August 14th in Vancouver, B.C. Maybe we'll get lucky and a collaboration will happen further down the road. One can hope. Are you excited about this?

Selena Gomez to Perform Exclusive Concert For UNICEF

On January 19, Selena Gomez will be performing an exclusive concert in New York City benefiting the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. It's a one-night-only concert that will be held at the Best Buy Theater in Times Square. This is Gomez's third acoustic concert for UNICEF, which has become an annual tradition for her. Disney star Bridgit Mendler and singer/songwriter Noah will open for the pop superstar. Are you attending?

The Wizards of Waverly Place Cast Reunite For Special

This past week, the Wizards of Waverly Place cast reunited to begin work on the one hour special slated to come out early next year. As avid Disney fans, we can't even begin to stress how excited we are about this project. Wizards of Waverly Place is such a classic. Thanks to David DeLuise, who plays Daddy Russo on the show, check out the picture above of the cast on set. The only person missing here is David Henrie. Wizards of Waverly Place Reunion Special

We're almost too excited to even post about this. The Wizards of Waverly Place cast are reuniting one more time for an hour long television special. It's set to air in early 2013. Fan favorites Selena Gomez, Jake T. Austin, Jennifer Stone and Gregg Sulkin are all reprising their roles. Gomez will not only star in the movie, but act as executive-producer as well. Even though the series ran its last episode in January, repeats are constantly aired on the Disney Channel. The show even won its third Best Children’s Program Emmy at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards earlier this month. We're practically jumping out of our chairs with this news. Wow, talk about a pleasant surprise. It's only our biggest guilty pleasure on television so we can't wait to see the cast back together again. Get all the details on this reunion special below:

Hot Musician Alert: Shane Harper

There's nothing we love more than discovering new music.  That's why when we stumbled across Shane Harper's self-titled debut album last night, we knew we had to share his music with all of you. Earlier this year, Shane opened for Cody Simpson and Greyson Chance on the "Waiting 4U" tour, as well as for Miranda Cosgrove on her "Dancing Crazy" tour. Harper's album, which he released this past April, is a mix of feel good songs that we can't stop jamming out to. Our favorites off the record have to be the super catchy "Rocketship" and "Jump". Not only is Shane an accomplished musician, but he plays the role of Spencer Walsh on the Disney Channel's Good Luck Charlie. In August, he posted a video to his YouTube account singing Selena Gomez's hit "Love You Like a Love Song" which you all need to check out. He completely rearranges the song in a way that we love! Justin Bieber Surprises Selena Gomez on Stage

Last night Selena Gomez kicked off her summer tour in Costa Mesa, CA  at the O.C. Fair. Selena and fans alike were in for a special treat when the Biebs took to the stage for a surprise performance.
