The last episode ended with Tommy lying presumably dead on the floor after shifting into Sam and fooling everyone in Sam's life. Sam takes him to the hospital and thinks it's just a bad case of food poisoning. When Luna wants nothing to do with Sam, the two of them figure out what actually happened. Sam pounces on a sleeping Tommy and almost chokes him to death. He wants Tommy out of his life for good. It's hard to feel bad for Tommy. Here he is, crying and sobbing saying he didn't mean it and you can tell he really wants to be with Sam..but then he goes and does stuff like this and you want to smack him.
