Annabeth Gish (aka Pudge) would be joining the cast of "Pretty Little Liars" in season two as Dr. Anne Sullivan. Rosewood's newest resident ... who also happens to be a therapist assigned to find out what really happened to Ian in the belltower.Looks like the girls are heading to therapy after the events of the Season Finale. Maybe they should go to the cops instead.
