Marc Summers Talks Memorial Day Treats

Remember Marc Summers? AKA the Hero of 90's kids everywhere? Marc is known as the host of iconic shows such as Double Dare, What Would You Do, and more recently Food Network's Unwrapped.

Marc recently showed up to talk foods we love on Memorial Day. Check out the video!

Scotty McCreery began his press tour of NYC following his win on American Idol. His latest stop was Regis and Kelly. Scotty was interviewed and performed I Love You This Big.

As part of Myrtle Beach's 60th Annual Sun Fun Festival Kick-off, David Archuleta performed a 15 song set Saturday night. Before the concert, David took time to catch up with TV 33 South. Last night, David joined KIIS FM for their American Idol Viewing Party located at the Regal Cinemas at L.A. Live. Allison Iraheta was also in attendance. They each performed three songs for the event. David's set included "Crush", Edwin McCain's "I'll Be", and Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" which you can watch below:

The new season of The Challenge premieres Wednesday, June 22nd at 10 pm. What better way to get pumped for the new season than some teaser videos? The format this year is new and crazy. Challengers are teamed up with their worst enemies and forced to work together for the chance at the grand prize.

The Idol Blogosphere is buzzing over the rumors that Lauren Alaina and newly crowned American Idol Scotty McCreery are dating after she planted a big kiss on him at the finale. ETonline caught up with the two of them after the show to set the record straight. But did they? Check out what the two of them had to say and video of the kiss:

It's the moment we've all been waiting for. New Directions has landed..In New York! It's taken them two years but they've finally made it to Nationals in New York City. While Schue is off being a crappy teacher and chaperon fulfilling his Broadway dreams or whatver, he locks the kids in their hotel rooms to work on their songs for the competition. While their being cooped us brings us the gem My Cup in which Brittany sings about..a cup (or is she ;) I can't help but notice the lyrics that were edited out.) Yeah right Schue. They're in New York City for the first time. Cue the sightseeing singalongs! The kids take on the city singing to an odd mashup of New York, New York, I Love New York. I almost didn't recognize the song at first. The biggest stand out for me was the cast prancing around a fountain. I kept worrying Artie would roll right into the water.

Yesterday American Idol's creator Simon Fuller received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Fuller was joined by this season's top 13, Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson, Carrie Underwood, Ryan Seacrest, Victoria Beckham and many others to celebrate the momentous occasion. Last Wednesday Stefano Langone performed a three song set at Hemingway's in Hollywood. Stefano sang "What's Going On", "Superstition", and "Maria, Maria".Watch the video below of the last two songs:

One of the most anticipated videos from last night's launch of Glee Live! 2011 has finally emerged on Youtube. Kevin Mchale got the opportunity to get out of his wheelchair and kick some major butt on that stage. He performed his Season 1 shining moment Safety Dance and busted some amazing moves.

Last night, the Glee Live! Tour 2011 debuted in Vegas to a sold out crowd. Videos of the night are starting to trickle onto youtube. I imagine the fans are still recovering from what is sure to have been an epic night.

This video has two songs from the amazing Encore. Somebody To Love and Empire State of Mind. Two of my favorites! Kevin Mchale and Lea Michele gave 110% and sounded amazing while doing so. Cory Monteith looked like he was having the time of his life. I appreciate the cast members that weren't lip syncing and worked their butts off.

The Summer Set released their new single this week called "Someone Like You". The song will be featured on their album "Everything's Fine" that's scheduled to be released July 19th. Check out the music video for "Someone Like You" below:

TVLine reports that Andrea Parker has been cast to play Alison's mom in the upcoming season of Pretty Little Liars. I wonder why they're changing the actress from the one they had in the pilot?

David Archuleta just announced on Twitter that his beloved fish Conditioner has died. Fans came to love the mysterious fish and how he came to join the family. This obviously deserved it's own post. Remember Conditioner!

This week was the semi-finals on Dancing With The Stars, as we were left with four couples competing for the mirror ball trophy. After performing three dances last night, the results are in.

Schue announces to the club this week (and to my delight) that he's hired Jesse to be his assistant. He's hoping Jesse's inside knowledge of Vocal Adrenaline will help them win at Nationals. Jesse has my vote. Whatever keeps him and his witty one liners on the show. Humor like that is originally why I feel in love with Glee. Ryan Murphy, please take a note. They decide to hold auditions to determine the best performer to center a performance around. That is how Vocal Adrenaline won all their trophies. Mercedes, Kurt, Santana and Rachel sign up but Finn refuses. He's being a weiner and Jesse makes him angry. While I'm at it, where the heck is Artie during all of this? He has the best male voice from New Directions. Rage.

This summer Glee star Matt Morrison is going on tour with NKOTBSB! Originally Morrison had planned on headlining a solo tour to promote his self titled album that came out May 10th. Instead now he has canceled most of those dates, to be NKOTBSB's special guest on their summer tour. Morrison joins the tour July 6th. He announced the news on Good Morning America this morning. David Archuleta is scheduled to play a show in the Philippines this summer!! On July 18th, David will be hitting the stage at the Araneta Coliseum in Manila.

Look at that face. How excited are Archie fans now that news has spread that not only is David performing at Myrtle Beach this month, but his set list is slated to last over an hour! From 8-9:15 pm, guests can enjoy the angelic voice they've surely missed.

David has a few great events coming up. Not only can fans enjoy Myrtle Beach on May 28th, but he'll be at Stadium of Fire in Utah on July 2nd and performing in Manila and possibly other areas of the Phillipines, July 18th.

Some of you know a good portion of the cast of Glee is in New York this week to appear for Fox at Upfronts. Jon Groff took the time to sit down with Good Day NY and talk about his return to Glee, how long he's staying, whether he'll be here next season, and how he misses Amish country!

Last night former tourmates Jason Wade of Lifehouse and Chris Daughtry were reunited for wPST's PSTfest in Camden, NJ. The two shared the stage twice throughout the night. Chris joined Lifehouse for their song "Broken", while Jason came out during Daughtry's encore to sing "Home" with the band.

This weekend Daughtry was busy performing radio shows in the NorthEast. Saturday night the band took the stage in Hartford, CT for 96.5 TIC's Spring Fling. There, Chris debuted a new song called "Crawling Back to You" which will appear on the new album. He played the song acoustically. Check it out below:

Scotty McCreery got a surprise visit from his own Idol Josh Turner! Josh turned up to surprise Scotty on stage and duet on the song that made him famous this year on American Idol.

Kelly Clarkson and Seal will be singing the National Anthem at the Indy 500 on May 29th! Congrats Kelly! What an interesting duet team.

E News is reporting that James Durbin is tackling one of the most beloved karaoke songs in the country tonight on Idol. Contestants are rumored to be singing two songs and James' choice would fuel the rumor that two themes will be used. The first theme being the songs of Leiber and Stoller. Lady Gaga is the guest mentor.

One of our favorite actors turns 29 today. That's right it's the incredibly talented Mr. Cory Monteith's birthday today.

Tonight Romeo Miller and his partner Chelsie Hightower were sent home on Dancing With The Stars. Ralph Macchio and pro dancer Karina Smirnoff joined Miller in the bottom. The competition is now down to the final four as next week begins the semifinals.

Here's a photo of American Idol winners Jordin Sparks and Kris Allen from The Mint Jubilee's red carpet Friday night. The two both later took the stage to perform at the Kentucky Derby Mint Jubilee.

Lady Gaga just unveiled a new song to hype up her much anticipated new album, Born This Way, out May 23rd. Edge of Glory features Clarence Clemons of the E Street Band and has, in my opinion, a 90's feel about it. I didn't think I'd say this but I love love loved it on my first listen and I've had it on repeat ever since.
