With the live rounds of American Idol starting this week, it got us thinking who will claim the title of season 12 winner? There's been a lot of great talent this year, like Angela Miller and Lazaro Arbos, but our favorite contestant this season has to be Josh Holiday. He's got such a soulful voice, and a great smile to match. No one can deny that he brings the intensity and passion every time he sings. It's inevitable every year that some of our favorites go home. Some contestants we were enjoying have already departed the season. The next round starts tomorrow on FOX but we can't help but wonder, will we be seeing some familiar faces back next year trying for a second chance? American Idol has branched out to encourage more people than ever to audition. Contestants were able to audition via webcam (you need a good webcam light if you're going to do this. You gotta get used to the spotlight!) and were even able to be nominated by someone else to get their chance on the show. Have some of your favorites already gone home?
