It's a LOST reunion on this week's episode of Person of Interest that guest stars Alan Dale. My only regret is that he only has one scene with Michael Emerson and there is no exchange. In happier news, the bromantical tension on this show is reaching new heights. It's almost caught up with Hawaii Five-0.
The latest person of interest (Alan Dale) doesn't seem like much of a victim. He has connections to The Cold War and a history of being a spy. Nowadays, he's hunting down the members of his team that betrayed him, interrogating, torturing, and killing them one by one. He wants revenge because he believes they are responsible for the death of his wife.
He gets a shock when he discovers his wife is alive and lied to him to get away from him and come to America. He is now after her and Reese wants to stop him before it's too late. LOL at the scene that follows. He takes a giant gun out of the trunk and makes Finch's eyes pop. I love them together. Unfortunately, when he finds our POI, he's no match for him and ends up tied to a chair and tortured. Poor Reese :(. But he holds out until the man discovers he's had a daughter all these years.
He abducts her at her school and demands his wife come to see him. Everyone is in the park for a rendezvous and Reese shoots him before he can shoot any of the girls. He was never going to harm them and it seems Reese is the reason the man's number came up.
