Nick Jonas will be gracing TV screens this winter in a Christmas-themed episode of the ABC sitcom, Last Man Standing. Viewers will be in for a surprise though as this role is far from the Nick that we all know. TVLine is reporting that the Jonas superstar will play a deadbeat dad of Tim Allen's grandson on the show. Nick Jonas is ditching his squeaky-clean persona on ABC’s Last Man Standing.
TVLine has learned exclusively that the pop star has booked a guest appearance on the freshman comedy playing Ryan, the oft-mentioned deadbeat dad of Mike’s (Tim Allen) young grandson.
The hard-to-like character’s surprise appearance in Last Man‘s Christmas-themed episode challenges Mike to suppress his inner-Scrooge and forgive the young man for his past mistakes.
Jonas — who last season guest starred in an episode of Matthew Perry’s short-lived Mr. Sunshine — most recently starred alongside brothers Joe and Kevin on Disney’s Jonas.Source: TVLine
