Cory Monteith's Final Death Report

Can you believe its been over two months since Cory Monteith passed away? All this time has flown by and yet the news hasn't gotten any easier to swallow. Today the final report of his death has been released. According to the coroner's report, Monteith's official death was a "mixed drug toxicity, involving intravenous heroin use combined with the ingestion of alcohol." You might be thinking 'we knew this already', but did you know that "a spoon with drug residue and a used hypodermic needle, along with two empty champagne bottles and glasses" was found at the scene? His alcohol level was 0.13, which is considered a "moderate" level of intoxication. The coroner's report also mentioned his "history of illicit drug use", and how his tolerance to the drug could have been lowered thanks to his rehab treatments and abstinence from drugs for months or years.
