American Idol Top 10 Finalists - Raise Your Glass and Glad You Came - Detroit
A highlight of the American Idol Live! tour has always been the group numbers. In the past, this has included Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" and Rihanna's "Please Don't Stop the Music". This year, the finalists end the show once again with more songs we all know and love. The ladies' start off the encore by singing Pink's "Raise Your Glass", which transitions into the guys' jamming out to The Wanted's "Glad You Came". During the end of "Glad You Came", the ladies join the guys back on stage to finish up the megahit. Watch the video below of the top ten closing out their Detroit show:
Joshua Ledet Performs On Live With Kelly
Just like all the other American Idol contestants this season, Joshua Ledet stopped by Live With Kelly this morning as part of his NYC press rounds. Kelly Ripa and her guest co-host Martin Short interviewed Ledet on his homecoming visit and his shocking elimination the week before the finale. Ledet even performed the James Brown's hit "It's A Man's Man's Man's World" for the audience. Out of all the songs Joshua sang on Idol, I think that song was my favorite. I loved getting to hear him sing it again this morning. It was also cool because this time, thanks to a much smaller stage and a sole piano, he got to perform a stripped down version of that song. In case you missed his appearance on Live With Kelly this morning, watch it below:

Phillip Phillips and Joshua Ledet - This Love
Last night's American Idol had some amazing performances. Between Phillip Phillips' version of Damien Rice's "Volcano", Joshua Ledet's cover of "It's A Man's World", and Jessica Sanchez belting out "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going", there was so much to love. However, our highlight of the night had to be Phil and Josh's duet of Maroon 5's "This Love". Oh these guys. They argue like an old married couple. When Phil stated he was Usher and Josh was Adam Levine? Priceless. Besides their adorable on screen antics, they sounded SO good together. Jennifer Lopez was right, on paper their voices don't seem like they would fit so well together, but for some reason they just blend perfectly. Watch Phil and Josh take on "This Love" below:
