This past week, the Idol contestants took on the theme "Songs From This Decade". As always, we were really excited to see who would sing what and how they would make the song their own. While there were some amazing performances (Colton Dixon singing "Love The Way You Lie" anyone?!) and not so amazing performances, one that really stood out to us was Elise Testone and Phillip Phillips' duet. The duo sang Gotye's hit song "Somebody That I Used To Know". After hearing Darren Criss butcher that number on Glee recently, it was nice to hear their take on one of our favorite songs. Who are your favorites this season? We're partial to Phillip. Not only is he ridiculously cute, but he just has this incredible tone to his voice. We can't wait to catch him on tour this summer.
