As fans of Hot Chelle Rae, this bit of news is extremely exciting. The pop rock band has officially been added as an opener on Justin Bieber's Believe tour. We remember seeing these guys open for David Cook back in 2009, and now they're touring with one of the biggest stars in the music industry. Well, they deserve every bit of success they receive.
