Katy Perry has established herself as one of today leading artists in the music industry. With her constant hits like "Teenage Dream", "Last Friday Night", "Wide Awake", and "I Kissed a Girl", it's clear that Perry will be one of our generation's biggest superstars. That's why we knew we had to feature her in our music throwback this week. One of our favorite songs of hers had to be "Waking Up in Vegas", which debuted in 2009. I wish I could see the stats of Vegas vacations that took place after this video came out. I imagine there was quite a spike in trips to Sin City took place. I'm thinking this music video gave a skewed idea of what really goes down in Vegas. Unless you're in The Hangover or something this isn't quite what a typical night in Vegas is like.
