Our readers will probably recognize him most recently from his appearances on ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars as the creepy and milk loving Ian.Ryan not only celebrated his 30th birthday yesterday but can now celebrate the fact that he is off the market. He proposed to his girlfriend in New Zealand on New Years Eve. The couple went to the top of SkyCity for the holiday where Ryan got down on one knee. Ryan reveals that immediately after he popped the question, a fireworks display lit up the sky. Sounds like a picturesque scene straight out of a movie! Ryan also says he'll be leaving all the details up to his future wife so that her day is as special as she is.
