On tonight's episode of The Voice, Blake Shelton performed his current single "Boys 'Round Here". This couldn't have been a better song choice for today. It sounds so...American. We love that The Voice showcases the judges' talent as well as the finalists. Former season two contestant Gwen Sebastian even joined the number, singing backup for Shelton. Gwen Sebastian is a prime example of what it means to be Team Blake. He continues to help his contestants succeed well after the show ends. It's like the school of Blake minus those university class rings. Did you know that he even brought her on tour with him and had her sing on his latest album? It's nice to see that Shelton really does become invested in those he mentors and doesn't just care simply to win bragging rights.
