"The New Rachel" Episode Spoilers

With the big season premiere of Glee tomorrow, a full episode summary for the first episode titled "The New Rachel" has hit the Internet. This contains spoilers of what we can expect in tomorrow's episode. After reading the article, "The New Rachel" sounds like it is worth the wait. We definitely can't wait to see what these new characters bring to the show and how our favorite graduates will handle the real world. Our only major problem is why isn't Finn in the premiere? No episode is ever complete without Cory Monteith. Check out the article below:
Season 4 of Glee starts off with Rachel (Lea Michele) as a freshman in dance class at NYADA, dealing with a hard nosed bitch of a teacher, Cassandra July (guest star Kate Hudson). She gets into it with her right away to the point her teacher says she sucks.
Meanwhile back at McKinley the Glee Club that still remains are being treated like stars. Tina has broken up with Mike and has a freshman as a personnel assistant. Back in New York, Rachel is having to deal with a horned out roommate and people making fun of her personal routines to the point she has to shower at 3am. She meets a hot junior named Brody fresh out of the shower with a killer six pack.
Back at McKinley we meet Sue’s new daughter Robin. Sue is using one of her cheerios as her nanny basically. Making her change, feed and sing to her baby. Kurt who’s visiting Sue gets more Sue insults.
Meanwhile the first Glee class is starting and Will introduces the newest singer in the club. Wayne ‘Unique’ Adams, the MVP of last years final. This is not making Blaine and the rest of the singers happy. They each think they are the new Rachel. They decide to go to the auditorium and have a sing off with the song ‘Call Me Maybe’ to decide who the new lead singer will be judged by Artie.
Kurt meanwhile is working at the coffee shop before school starts and doesn’t seem to be happy about it. Back in New York, Cassandra congratulates a student for getting into a Broadway play. A new girl Marley approaches the Glee club about joining. She is brushed off by the gang. She then overhears some students, including Artie making fun of the new overweight cafeteria lady. Turns out she is Marley’s mother.
Rachel asks her new teacher Cassandra why she doesn’t like here. Rachel accuses her of drinking. It was Listerine (ouch). Cassandra says she can out dance anyone in the class. We get our first song and dance from Kate Hudson.
Back to McKinley, it’s time for auditions for the Glee club. We get an audition from Jake who seems to be good. They stop his song midstream and he gets mad and knocks over a music stand and just leaves.
Whoppi is back at NYADA. Time for the students to sing for her. Rachel is singing in New York as Marley is singing for the Glee club in McKinley. They are singing the same song ‘New York State of Mind’. Both do great.
Everyone is after Artie to say who the new Rachel is. Blaine is picked as the new Rachel. Marley ends up getting into New Directions. Blaine is wanting Kurt to go off to college. Then of course they break into song. The new head of the cheerios is being a complete bitch. They are still making fun of the lunch lady and Marley admits that she is her mom.
Rachel is starting to hang out with Brody. Will this become a new romance? Meanwhile back in class Rachel is being picked on by Cassandra. Kurt leaves to go to New York to re-apply to NYADA. Sam gives Marley an apology and says he knows she doesn’t have money and wears Walmart clothes and says there from J-Crew. The rest of the Glee Club says there sorry to Marley.
The new kids get slushs thrown at them by the new popular kids. Jake turns out to be Puckerman’s half brother. Will tells him he has a chip on his shoulder and wants him to join Glee Club so he can help him. Jake says no.
Show ends with the end of show song and dance. The new Glee club is rehearing while Rachel is sitting in a park in New York crying. Kurt arrives and says they should be roommates.
So the first show sets up a lot of stuff (no Finn in this episode). Not sure I’m crazy about the back and forth between New York and McKinley. The new cast/Glee members seem okay. Just have to be patience and give them time to develop the stories.
