High School Musical star was "happy and not drinking," making most assume that he was in there for an alcohol addiction. Now according to
TMZ, Efron allegedly went to rehab to fight his cocaine addiction.
TMZ is reporting that the actor's addiction got out of control while filming the movie Neighbors with Seth Rogan. Insiders at
TMZ said that Efron wouldn't show up to work for a few days, with one source commenting, "It was common knowledge that he was struggling with cocaine." Well whatever the reason is that Efron went to rehab, we truly hope he got the help he needed.
