Miley Cyrus has been all over the headlines lately. This time around it's for good news. The "We Can't Stop" singer will be performing this weekend at the hugely popular iHeartRadio music festival in Las Vegas. Cyrus will perform her new single "Wrecking Ball" for the first time. Hmm.
