In a week of sad entertainment news, we're happy to report that Kelly Osbourne has found love. The E! Fashion Police host is engaged to her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart. Mosshart popped the question while the two were vacationing in Anguilla. The couple met back in 2011 at Kate Moss' wedding. We wish nothing but the best for these lovebirds.
