Exciting news for fans of Cher Lloyd and Fifth Harmony. The two former X-Factor contestants are touring North America this fall. Beginning on September 6th, you can catch the I Wish tour when it hits Washington DC. Lloyd's headlining tour will stop in 11 cities and then wrap up in Los Angeles, CA on September 23rd.
