Ed Sheeran stepped in to defend his friend and current tourmate. Sheeran took to Twitter to tweet this, "To the people picketing outside the arena. Keep your homophobic views to yourself, it's 2013." In case you didn't know, the Westboro Baptist Church are notorious for spewing hate and protesting high profile events throughout the country. According to the group leader, their issue with Swift is that she's a "whore" because of her dating lifestyle. Swift has yet to comment on this, but we've got to hand it to Sheeran for sticking up for her. What a true gentleman.
