Color us shocked. Teen Mom's Jenelle Evans was arrested...again. Yesterday, Evans appeared in court in conjunction with her April arrest where she was charged with possession of a bunch of drugs including heroin. After Evans plead guilty to the paraphernalia charge, her other charges were dropped and she was sentenced to 18 months of supervised probation, but no jail time. It seemed like things were beginning to go in her favor until they subjected her to a random drug test and she failed. She tested positive for marijuana, so the judge sent Evans to jail for 48 hours. There's no word yet if the failed drug test will count as a violation of the probation she was just sentenced to.
